Please note that your temporary reservation will be cancelled if payment is not received in full within the specified time.
How many days in advance can I book?
Reservations can be made up to one year in advance and 10 days prior to the date of your stay. After checking availability, please contact us by telephone or via the online booking form. However, if you make a reservation well in advance of your stay, there are times when the booking system does not include special holiday period rates in the quoted price (because the exact dates of public holidays such as Golden Week change from year to year). In such cases, please note that the room rates will be charged at the special holiday rates and not the usual rates quoted by the system.
What happens if there are duplicate bookings?
Room availability is constantly updated. Occasionally, reservations made through our website may overlap with those from other sites. We strive for prompt responses, but as we are a small team, especially during peak seasons (such as Golden Week, the Mitarai Toro Festival in July, Obon, and New Year's), confirmation may take longer. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
